This limited license automatically terminates upon closing the webpage for non-registered visitors and upon termination of registration for registered users.

  • Tamper with the Service or use or attempt to use any device, software, routine, or data that interferes or attempts to interfere with the working or functionality of the Service, or any activity being conducted on the Service;
  • Use the Service to defame, slander, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of any other person or organization, including others’ privacy rights or rights of publicity, for political campaigning, commercial solicitation;

  • Use the Service to advertise without our express prior written consent;

  1. Registration Required for Access to Certain Areas of the Site. To access several of the courses available on the Site, you must create an account. You will be prompted to provide a username, email, your name, and password. Your privacy is important to us. Please see our Privacy Policy to see how your personal data is used and protected. We have sole and absolute discretion to determine whether to accept or reject your registration. It is your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and you shall be solely and fully responsible for all liability and damages to yourself, us, any other Site user, and any third party resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password. You shall immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or other breach of security.

By registering for our Service, you are authorizing us to automatically debit or charge the credit or debit card you provided when you registered for the Service – even if you cancel your registration. We reserve the right to change registration and course rates, including increases without notice.

You represent and warrant that by purchasing a course or other resource from us, (i) any information you supply to us is accurate, true, and complete; (ii) charges you incur will be honored by your bank, credit, or debit card company; (iii) you will pay the charges incurred at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, (iv) if your initial payment method is dishonored, you will still pay the incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the dishonored payment; and (v) you will seek resolution for any financial disputes or billing needs directly with us.

  1. Links To Other Web Sites. Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services. In no event shall Not Boring CEs, LLC nor its principals, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

  1. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
