We DO NOT automatically cancel your membership after 12 months; our system will auto-renew each year. To cancel your membership, you must log in to your account on notboringces.com. From your client dashboard, select “Subscription,” then “Show” under “Active.” From here, you can select “Cancel Membership.”
If you cancel your membership prior to your annual renewal, you will still have access to all the courses in the catalog as well as your certificates. You will not have access to your completed course certificates after your membership expires. It is your responsibility to download all your course certificates prior to your membership expiring.
Our HelpDesk is typically monitored Monday through Thursday, 9 AM—3 PM ET. Tickets received Friday through Sunday or on holidays will be addressed in the order they are received on the next available business day. 👋
There are no refunds. Please check with your state license to ensure they accept our accreditations.
To change your payment method, log in to your Not Boring CEs account and access your dashboard. Select “Payment Methods” from the left-hand side. This will give you access to your current payment method and allow you to change and set your default payment. 💳
Log in to your account on www.notboringces.com to access completed course certificates. From your user dashboard, select “Certificate” to view your course certificates. 🏆

You can check with your state licensing board to ensure that they accept online course credits from NBCC-accredited course providers.
